The warm, traditional space we have created is designed to make you feel you are in your very own living room. We are a relaxing full service boutique salon consisting of stylists and colorists whose unpretentious style and commitment to the highest level of service form the cornerstone of our culture.

For 15 years we have bridged the gap between customer service and individual talent by developing long lasting relationships and have encouraged continued education with each of our stylists. Our salon attracts a wide range of clients from professional, industry types and celebrities to the fresh young stylish crowd. Located in the heart of Toluca Lake, we regularly support local benefits and causes and strive to be a community-minded salon that gives back to its neighbors. We love our neighborhood, stylists, and most of all our clients.

History

Dating back to the 1940′s, The Colonial House of Beauty served the ladies of the San Fernando Valley with classic updos and blowdrys during the week, and served as a chapel on Sundays. The town at the time would congregate at the salon and hold local services and events. A lot has changed since then, but decades later we find that quality hair really is timeless.
